Actually, it's too obvious to be much of a secret; but then why don't more firms do it this way? It can only be because either they don't care or they are incompetent. We have a 10 point Pledge of Service. If we let you down at any stage we'll compensate you. For example, we'll promise to keep to a time schedule, we'll promise that our fitters won't smoke in your home, nor will they play loud music; we'll promise that all debris will be cleared away on completion; products will be cleaned; you'll be shown how to operate items where applicable.
There are other undertakings, some important, some just icing on the cake. We just want you to be thrilled and delighted with every single aspect of the job - that's our aim.
